Printing a Lot Aging Report

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Lot Aging Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options

The following prints on the report, sorted in the manner specified in the setup:

• Item Name – The item group ID and item name
• Lot/Location – The lot number and the location ID print under the item description

Aging columns:

• 0 Mth to 6 Mth Old – The value, in dollars, of inventory up to six months old
• Dol up to 12 Mth Old – The value, in dollars, of the inventory up to 12 months old in dollars.
• Dol over 12 Mth Old – The value, in dollars, of the inventory over 12 months old in dollars
• Pounds – The total on-hand balance in pounds
• UN Cost – The cost per pound.

Uninvoiced Shipments:

• Pounds – The total pounds of shipped sales that have not been invoiced
• UN Cost – The cost per pound of shipped sales orders that have not been invoiced.

Subtotals of each aging column by either location or item, based on the sort order selected, will print. A grand total of each aging column will also print.
